Thanks to the Showcase Crew!

Holy crap! Thanks to Casey Royer and the guys from DI for getting us on the bill for their last show out at the Showcase Theater. Also thanks to the kids for the support. It was our first time at the Showcase, and El Centro got some love from the locals. We saw some good old friends, and met a hoard of new friends at the show. The night ended up in a frenzy as DI rocked it from the opening notes of OC Life. Photos coming soon so check back this week.

Back From Warped!
So as you know El Centro hit the road a few weeks back and headed out to the midwest to visit lovely downtown middle America. It was a fun journey where friends were made, the punk rock was loud, the beer was cold, and the travel was in style. In all, El Centro hit 5 big cities including, Cleveland, St Louis, Milwaukee, Indianapolis, and Chicago.

The first day on the Warped Tour was Milwaukee, and El Centro played the Hurley Stage which was the small stage on the tour. The rest of the shows for El Centro on the tour was were all Ernie Ball stage which was a larger stage in better locations. Great sound on that stage too which was cool as hell.

All in all this was a great trip out for El Centro, and we look forward to getting out on the road again soon. Thanks to everyone out there who stuck around to check us out when there were so many bands and possibilities of other shit to do. It was cool to have people check us out in these cities where we had never played before.

And now to say thank you......Special thanks to Gonzo for handling stuff, making shit happen, and keeping us organized while we were on the road. Thanks to Kevin Lyman for having us out on the Warped Tour once again, and extending extra hospitality to Crab and Mando in our time of need. Thanks to Jake and Amanda from The Casualties for helping us out with a bunk on their bus as well. Thanks to Finger Records for putting us up on a bus this time around. Thanks also to Jaysin Novocaine (The Rolemodels) for getting us to the airport in Chicago on our last day out.
